Every image reflects some aspect of the person who created it, there is no way to escape this fact. Why? People photograph what they find interesting or moves them at a deeper level. That alone tells the viewer a great deal about the image maker.
The character of a photographer is displayed in how the images were made. A person who always posts hasty snap shots could be impatient, unwilling to take the time to concentrate on what they are doing.
On the other hand a photographer who carefully thinks about what is happening in an image is also exposed by their work.
Use photography to capture what you think about, or what drives you. That could very well change the quality of your images!
Before you take your next photo think about what you want your images to say, because each image tells two stories.
