Along with Mac OSX 10.8 (Mountain Lion), Apple released an update to Aperture 3 (3.3.2) which primarily adds support for the new OS, performance in full screen mode, adjustments to Auto White Balance, Projects in the Library list can now be sorted by date, and finally performance and stability improvements.
