After recently shooting at an international festival I learned something, decide how you are going to shoot different parts of an event in advance. There was a short parade at the festival, after the dances on the stage. Of course I was using a 70-300mm lens to shoot the activity on the stage, and literally had to change lenses on run. If I had thought ahead I would have been ready switched lenses sooner, and not missed some shots.
