This image of Science World (aka Telus World Of Science), in Vancouver was taken during what is known as the blue hour. For those not familiar with the term, blue hour refers to the hour following sunset. There were no special edits done to make the sky blue in this image, what you see is what camera sensors can pick up during blue hour, if the conditions are right.
