Watching other creatures eating habits can be fascinating, and watching a hunter like the Great Blue Heron falls into the category. These birds eyesight is designed to allow them to see into the murky water and fine fish, which they happily swallow. You can easily spot a novice, but how many fish dropped while trying to get them down from the tip of the beak to the back of the neck.
