Thank You to all the Canadian, and International Athletes!
The last two weeks here in the Greater Vancouver area have been filled with a sense of celebration, thanks to the Olympics. Although I was unable to attend any of the events, other than the torch relay a few weeks ago, I still caught some of the spirit. Canadian athletes won 14 Gold Medals, the most of any host country in the winter Olympics, in recent history. There were a lot of doubts about the Olympics here in Vancouver, but I think most of those thoughts were left behind after the games got rolling. The last 14 days have been great, but they went by very quickly.
