Recently I've been going through my archives and weeding out unneeded duplicates, and simply shots that are just bad. During the process I came across this image of a Northern Pintail from earlier this year. This was one of the many photos that I missed while I was catching up on editing photos taken during April, which photographically speaking was a busy month. The colour and the reflection of the Pintail's upper body on the water drew me back to this shot as soon as I saw it. As a result, here it for all to see, rather than being delegated to some dark corner of my hard drive.
