Manning Provincial Park is a beautiful area, just a 3 hour drive east of Vancouver BC. While visiting the park last week I was able to capture images, that I hope, transmit the essence of the area. Today's image is of Frosty Creek, which runs down from the rocky heights of Mt.Frosty into Lightning Lake. Usually at this time of year the creek is hardly even worth noting, but heavy rainfall during late June and the snow melt has left the creek swelling.
