I took this photo a few months ago, but only recently took the time to edit it. Normally I wouldn't post Sea Gull photos, but the colour in the image is kind of strange, which is what caught my eye. It is the quality of the light that makes this image stand out to me, but if you saw the original you might be shocked by how different it is from the edited file. The RAW file didn't show the colour at first, I had to pull it out by bringing up the saturation and vibrancy. Also the underside of the gull was a little dark, but thankfully files from the D700 have plenty of room in the shadow area without causing a lot of noise to appear.
